Veggie crisps, Dried fruit, Herbs, all can be achieved in your own kitchen!

My new gadget has allowed me to make literally everything. Last autumn I was using up all the leftover plums to make prunes.

Drying out apple, pear and beetroot also to make crunchy fruit crisps. A nice little snack, to mix in with porridge or diced to use as dry fruit in bakes and cakes… flapjacks or fruit loaves! Cannot wait until autumn to try something new, any ideas for me this year?
