A foodie has to have a go to food right? Even when it is not something you are making from scratch, you need a back up of store cupboard brand to rely on!
Things you'll always find in my kitchen are Kallo products, Alpro products, Meridian, Crimbles, Whitworths, Bounce, Nakd and Graze! Snacking and grazing cannot be helped.. I see these products when browsing Holland and Barrett, a quick pop to the shop for a browse on a lunch break often ends up in a Trek bar, Kallo rice cakes or anything labelled Meridian!
Dried fruit, peanut butter, Seeds and Superfood powders can be a great snack and added to bakes and plates so I always need a healthy stock!;-)
